TAC Data Centers is leading the development of a transformative hyperscale data center project on a 275-acre greenfield site in Charlotte, North Carolina. This cutting-edge facility, currently in the entitlement process, is poised to become a critical hub for technology infrastructure, offering 2.5 million square feet of space and a staggering 400 megawatts of power capacity across two phases of construction.

TAC II HS - NORTHERN, VA

TAC Data Centers is joint venturing in the development of a premier hyperscale data center on a 125-acre site in Northern Virginia, the world’s most dynamic data center market. Designed to deliver 2 million square feet of high-performance data center space and 500 megawatts of power capacity across two phases, this project exemplifies TAC’s ability to navigate the complexities of hyperscale development in high-demand regions.
